Drummohr Camping and Glamping Site Musselburgh is owned by WCF Ltd. WCF Ltd also own 5-star Herding Hill Farm Camping and Glamping Site on Hadrian’s Wall in Northumberland and the 5-star adults only Longnor Wood Holiday Park located in the heart of the Peak District. WCF are partly owned by their employees and aim to utilise this employee ownership structure to achieve higher levels of employee engagement than our competitors, whilst sharing the benefits of co-owned success with all our colleagues. Our campsite wardens therefore have a personal stake in giving our camping, glamping and lodge guests an unforgettable stress-free experience when staying with us by ensuring they have the warmest welcome possible from the moment they enquire until they return home.

What does the job of a campsite Warden entail? Our Wardens have a diverse and interesting role - from ensuring that our guests are booking the most suitable accommodation for their needs, identifying additional ways in which they can make their stay more pleasurable before and during their stay, responding to guest feedback, using our social media to let guests know what we are up to, maintaining our campsite facilities and seeking to become greener in all that we do. As a small team, some who live on site, great rapport with other members of the team is a must.
